New Client Area

Site Updates - News No Comments »

I have recently made a new client area that clients can log into to see the progress of their current works in progress. It also enables the client to view all of the previous jobs that I have done for them and view their hosting and domain names plans to see when they are coming up for renewal. The client area also has an invoice management system, which enables you to upload the invoice to the server and keep track of any outstanding invoices.

The client area also includes a message board for the clients to communicate with me, keeping all correspondence in the one easily searchable place.

Primepower Website Released

Portfolio 2 Comments »

After some hard work, I have released the Primepower Engineering website. It is defiantly an improvement upon their old site (one static page). It is based on my CMS package, which makes updating and maintaining a breeze for the client. It features a flash animation header, showing pictures of the different areas of the business.

The site contains a wealth of information for anyone in the power generation repair market, with links to a wide range of suppliers and technical data.

New Website up and Running

Site Updates - News 2 Comments »

My new site is finally finished, and ready to show. It has taken a little over 3 months off and on, to get it finished. It is made using Wordpress, a primarily blogging tool that with a bit of help can be a rather nice Content Management System. Hopefully this will make updating my site easier than ever, and enable me to show off my latest works.

I think the new layout of the site is a welcomed change, especially in the usability area. The old site’s navigation caused a few problems with people not knowing what to do to view different works. This site is made completely in valid css and xhtml.

So hopefully you enjoy your stay here, and have a look around.
